"Kanazawa" has been given the rich fish & vegetable from the Japanese Sea and Kaga fields.

Based on the tradition of "Kaga-Hyakuman-goku", "Turukou" has been growing along with the Kanazawa's rich food, and customer who are familiar with history & food of Kanazawa.

Since "Turukou" has been opened, we are trying to serve a dish, which represent "Kanazawa itself". And we are trying to make progress in techniques and find out the spirit of Japanese foods.
